why this headline is next to headlines about SCHOOL CLOSINGS, TEACHER CUTS, LIBRARY CLOSINGS, UNEMPLOYMENT, STARVING PEOPLE, CRUMBLING ROADS, SICK PEOPLE WITH NO MONEY, etc, etc, etc. is BEYOND ME! Something is REALLY, REALLY WRONG....$400 Million dollars well spent
